Alicia Dakteris leather goods, accessories, and products are made from the finest materials with the utmost care to attention and detail. We want you to love your custom bag as much as we do. Our limited warranty covers defective hardware, defective stitching, and defective zippers. Our products are guaranteed against manufacturer’s defects and structural flaws for one year from the date of purchase. Our limited warranty does not cover stains, rips, and damage caused from customer usage or airline handling damage. Our leather products are made from natural materials which can vary slightly in color and texture. Slight variations in color are not considered defects but rather characteristics of natural full grain leather. Some handbags are folded for shipping; any creases caused in shipping will fully recover after its first use.

If you encounter a problem with your purchase, please review our Refunds & Exchanges policy. If your item is under warranty and meets the Refunds & Exchange criteria, we will repair or replace your product with the same style if available, or a style of equal value based on the purchase price. In certain circumstances, an online store credit may be issued.
