Refunds & Exchanges

Thank you for purchasing a product from A Handmade Designs. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to assist to ensure you are completely satisfied.

 Refund & Exchange Policy

  • If you purchased a bag through a retailer of A Handmade Designs, the product should be returned to the retailer and their return policy will be followed.

  • We will fully refund or exchange a product bought directly through our website if returned within 14 calendar days of receipt. To be eligible for a refund, an item must be in unused condition and with its original packaging and documentation. Once the returned item is received by our returns department, it will be inspected and an exchange or refund issued to you based on the original method of payment.

  • Items that are sent back after 14 calendar days, are not refunded, but only eligible for an on-line store credit.

Disqualifications

  • Worn or used items.
  • Items not in its original, intact and unblemished condition.
  • Items that have a purchase date of 30 days or more.

Return Process

To receive a refund or exchange you must:

  • Use the Contact Us form to request a RMA number. In the message field, please provide your invoice order number, product purchased, and detail why you would like a refund or exchange.
  • Upon receipt of your information, we will process your request. If you meet the criteria of the Refund & Exchange policy, a RMA number will be issued along with a Return Address label. You have up to 2 weeks to return your item; otherwise, you will need to contact us to receive a new RMA number.

Return Shipping

Once you receive your RMA number and Return Address label, please:

  • Print the Return Address label and write the RMA number you received in
    the space provided on the label
  • Affix the label to a proper return shipping box
  • Enclose the return item
  • Ensure the return shipping box is properly packed for shipment
  • To ensure your package arrives safely to our returns department, it is best to ship via a trackable shipper and/or requires a signature upon arrival.
  • Upon receipt at our returns department, your item will be inspected and assessed. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your item to be exchanged, refunded, or credited. A Handmade Designs requires the customer to pay for shipping to our facility. We will cover the shipping cost for an exchanged item back to you.
