When we ship out an order, we will send an email with a package tracking number. You can use the number to track your package. If you have an account with us, you can review your order at any time by logging in or signing up.
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diner’s Club, JCB, Apple Pay and Vemno. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers.
Once orders are placed and confirmed, they cannot be changed. We process and ship orders quickly. Be sure to review the information you enter to ensure accuracy and product selections. If you are not pleased with your order after receipt, please review our Return Policy.
Yes, all orders are subject to 7.96% sales tax. Sales tax is automatically added to your order at checkout.

Orders normally take 1-3 business days to process. This does not include time for shipping. At checkout, you can select the shipping type you prefer. We offer free ground shipping for all orders of $100 or more.

All orders that ship to an incorrect address will be the customer’s responsibility. The customer will need to resubmit a new order. We will not be responsible for packages and/or additional fees that are associated with shipment to an incorrect address. Review your order thoroughly prior to confirming and submitting it.
Packages that are either stolen, damaged, lost, or undelivered, are NOT our responsibility. If your package does not arrive within or after the estimated delivery time, then you should contact the courier used to deliver your package to explain the situation and provide them with your tracking number.

When you receive your bag, remove it from the plastic. If the leather is bent or crimped, it will fill back in within a few days of being unpackaged. If a leather handle is bent or crimped, you can gently bend it back and forth to straighten it. If nylon is bent or crimped, you can bend it back and forth. It will also straighten by use.
Orders placed prior to your account being created will not show in the account. Only orders placed after the account was created will show in the account. If you need information for an order that is not showing in your account, contact us at email@example.com for assistance.
If you are receiving an error message, there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing or shipping address. The billing address should match exactly what your bank has on file. Please review all information closely and look for any typos. At this time, we do not ship to locations outside of the United States.
Items noted as out of stock will be available as soon as inventory arrives. When stock is available, the status will change from out of stock to available. To be notified when your favorite item is restocked, go to the item’s product page and select Waitlist. We’ll email you as soon as it’s back in stock!
You will see a refund within 5-10 business days from the processing date.

All items purchased while on sale are final sale and cannot be returned.

Items are sold as priced. If an item goes on sale after the date of purchase, a price adjustment cannot be made.
EGift cards may be purchased here. We offer electronic gift cards for purchase that can be redeemed online. At checkout, you can select to send the gift card to yourself or another person with a custom message. An initial email with the gift card balance will be sent after purchase. When redeeming a gift card code at checkout, you will see the card value subtracted from your order total. You can also see the balance remaining on the gift card. Gift cards never expire. Partially used gift cards cannot be refunded. Refunding a gift card issues a full refund. It is not possible to partially refund a gift card. You can use your gift card on any items in our online store. Sales pricing and discount codes can’t be applied to purchasing a gift card. However, these discounts will apply to orders made using a gift card. If you have more than one gift card, you can apply multiple gift cards to an order. You can also split the value of an order between a gift card and standard payment method.
